Renovation of a mixed-use development in Raleigh, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
Comprehensive renovation of the building at 2101 Blue Ridge Road for CALS administrative, lab, and lab support use. Project will include hazardous material abatement, HVAC repair/renovation, and programmatic changes to the building. Current project authorization is for advance planning only. The selected firm may be retained through full design construction at the University's option. In order to offer architectural or engineering services in response to this solicitation, the proposer must be licensed in the State of North Carolina.
