Renovation of an educational facility in Charlotte, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 42,646-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.

Provide all engineering drawings, permits, documents and fees required by CMS and the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) for the completion of this project. Provide Project Manager with permit numbers and include permit numbers on invoicing. Provide all rigging necessary for the task, safety precautions, utility locating services etc. Contractor will be responsible for moving and restoring any utilities disturbed. Contractor will field verify project. Provide Allowance in Bid in the amount indicated in Spec. Section 012100. Provide Unit Prices in Bid per Unit Price Schedule. Install equipment to manufacturer's recommendations. MWSBE forms must accompany bids in order to be considered for project. Remove existing built-up roofing (BUR) ballast, BUR plies, and related materials and flashing, install new cover board and new PVC roof membrane, and remove and replace wet insulation where indicated, per Contract Documents dated 10/31/2025, including Addenda, as prepared by ALR Architecture.
