Sealed bids are requested for the HVAC upgrade at Sargus Juvenile Center, 68131 Hammond Rd., St. Clairsville, OH 43950. Bids must be submitted to the Belmont County Commission at 101 West Main Street, St. Clairsville, Ohio 43950 by 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 18, 2026. Specifications and bid forms are available at the Commissioners' office Monday through Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Each bid must include a bid guaranty as required by Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code, either as a bond or as a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid. Bid security in bond form must be from a surety authorized in Ohio. Each bid must list all interested parties. The contract will be awarded to the lowest and best responsible bidder. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award to the bidder deemed in the County's best interest.
