Sealed proposals are requested from professional engineers to provide services for stream bank stabilization at Seven Hills Lake and Lake Carmel. Copies of information for bidders, specifications, non-collusive bidding certification, and other related documents may be obtained from the Office of the Town Clerk or the Town of Kent website. Bidders are required to execute a non-collusion bidding certificate in accordance with New York State General Municipal Law. The Town of Kent reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any formality or technicality. Bidders will be given full opportunity to submit proposals and will not be discriminated against based on race, creed, color, national origin, sex, age, disability, or marital status in consideration for an award.
