Protection of all existing items during the installation period; . Transport and delivery of new furniture and any required and/or included equipment and accessories; . Assembly and installation of furniture on site according to the layout plan, using appropriate labour and tools; . Start-up of furniture and lighting; . Cleaning of the premises following furniture installation; . Coordination between the CCQ's internal team, the Supplier and the installers. The work covered by this Specification shall include all steps required for the supply and installation of furniture in the atrium (ground floor) of the headquarters of the Commission de la construction du Quebec. The labour force (installers) must be composed of experienced professionals who have previously demonstrated their competence in installing corporate furniture. Uninstalling and reinstalling any equipment that interferes with the installation of the furniture, if necessary. Cleaning, repair and levelling of any damage incurred during the execution of this project, using new materials that are compatible or identical to the existing ones, if applicable.
