As of April 01, 2026, project is awarded to Envirologics, Inc d/b/a Blast It Clean in the amount of $46,902.50. Sealed bids are requested for paint removal for the plunge pool at the GH20 Aquatic Center, Glendale Heights, IL. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, bank draft, or cashier's check amounting to 5% of the contract total. The successful bidder must provide a satisfactory performance bond within ten business days after notification of the bid award, not to exceed one hundred percent of the total bid price, using a bonding company acceptable to the Village. Compliance with all relevant laws concerning the payment of prevailing wages, in accordance with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, is required. Bids may be withdrawn only with written consent of the President and Board of Trustees of Glendale Heights.
