Site work for a mixed-use development in Glendale Heights, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.

This work includes site preparation, construction fencing, temporary soil erosion sediment control measures, site removals and clearing, earthwork, excavation, grading, stormwater utilities, electrical service utilities and lighting, cast-in-place concrete foundations and footings, playground equipment on poured-in-place rubber surfacing, shelter, site furnishings, asphalt paving (pedestrian and vehicular), concrete paving, gravel paving, trees, shrubs, low plant material, native seeding, and turf seeding. All bidders will be required to submit Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check in the amount of 10% of the Base Bid, payable to the Village of Glendale Heights. The Village of Glendale Heights reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, parts of any and all proposals, or to waive technical errors or omissions in submitted proposals.
