Please see the full IFB attachment for all bid guidelines and requirements. This IFB is issued in accordance with State of Utah Procurement Code, Utah Code Annotated (UCA) Chapter 63G-6a, and applicable Rules found in the Utah Administrative Rules (UAR). If any provision of this IFB conflicts with the UCA or UAR, the UCA or UAR will take precedence. Location: Daybreak Elementary School 4544 West Harvest Moon Drive (11710 S.), South Jordan, UT 84009 o Start date: June 08, 2026 o Contractor will construct a separation wall between the Recreation Center and the school. o Contractor will rework a small office space to create a new exit corridor to the building exterior. o Contractor will add polycarbonate paneling along the running track. o Contractor will add window film to existing windows at the gymnasium. o Substantially complete by: August 07, 2026 Work Hours: Work may normally be performed between 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
