Questions Due Date: Mar 11th 2026, 12:00 PM MDT All questions must be submitted via Bonfire by the Q&A date/time deadline posted in Bonfire. The City of South Jordan is seeking a qualified Contractor to remove and replace damaged sections of concrete sidewalk (approximately 20,866 SF) throughout the City. The sidewalk sections must be installed per City standards and specifications and within the specified period. The locations of the damaged sections to be replaced can be found in Appendix A. Coordination with homeowners using fliers and notices may be required prior to doing any work. Proposals must be submitted online at Bonfire, the State of Utah's Procurement website. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to submit the bid before the scheduled time. All questions must be asked through the Question and Answer function in Bonfire. No paper proposals will be accepted. The City reserves the right to award the bid in full or in part and to reject any proposal if it is not in the best interest of the project or the City, including if a proposal is not responsive, the bidder is unqualified or of doubtful ability, or if other pertinent standards or criteria are not met, as determined solely by the City. Work includes demolition and removal of existing concrete and installation of new concrete. Contractors are to quote per the item(s) description to include materials, supplies, tools, equipment, labor, supervision, expertise, shipping, delivery, removal, tree root removal, disposal, preparation, installation, restoration and all other related costs to complete the scope of work.
