Contractor to provide all material and labor, including equipment to complete project. Contractor needs to provide a means to protect finished areas from damage. Contractor to upgrade theatrical lighting in the Auditorium. Contractor to provide minor drywall work, paint, and repair with some of the house lights. Audiovisual equipment replacement will be an alternate line item. Substantially complete by: August 7, 2026. The Work consists of the following 1.
