As of April 03, 2026, project was awarded to WRX Contracting, awarded amount is $355,679.37 The City of St. George is requesting bids to pave and repair various tracks at Snake Hollow Bike Park. Notice of Award: The anticipated date is March 5th, 2026. Questions regarding the Snake Hollow Bike Park Paving & Repairs shall be directed to Mark Goble in writing at mark.goble@sgcityutah.gov or submitted online. Award will be made to the lowest responsible BIDDER as determined by the City using the criteria contained in City ordinances governing the award of contracts. Every BID shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the BID, naming the City of St. George as obligee, this bid bond must be issued by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Utah and be on a bond form acceptable to the City of St. George. The 100% performance - labor and materials bond will be required on this project. The City of St. George reserves the right to reject any or all SUBMISSIONS or to waive any formality or technicality in any PROPOSAL in the interest of the city. Paving Pump Tracks with 3" of asphalt; repairing Gravity Jump Trails, Progressive Drop Zone, Pump & Bump Skill Loop, and Dirt Jump Zone with 4" of cap material; remove and replace fence; and other related work items. Additive Alternate #1 includes paving the Dirt Jump Zone with 3" of asphalt.
