Sheridan Township is seeking bids for the upcoming 2026 mowing season. This bid will include mowing and maintenance services for Richmond Grove Cemetery, Pool Hill Cemetery, and Stephens Cemetery. Guidelines for Richmond Grove Cemetery: Mowing and trimming cemetery grounds Removing grass clippings from cemetery stones Trash collection of minor debris from flowers Spray driveways as needed Guidelines for Pool Hill Cemetery: Mowing and trimming cemetery grounds Removing of any branches or limbs. If branches are too big, they are to cut up and removed. Stephens Cemetery: Mowing and trimming of cemetery. Contractor will provide all material and equipment for the mowing and maintenance of Richmond Grove, Pool Hill and Stephens Cemeteries. Payment will be on a monthly basis provided the scope of the work is completed. Bill is to be submitted to Sheridan Township Cemetery each month.
