Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Warwick Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The work consists of the full-width mill and overlay of eight Township roadways (35,789 SY/3,250 TON). Additional work includes the replacement of 32 handicap ramps (508 LF of concrete curb, 5,340 SF of concrete sidewalk, 80 LF of concrete cheek wall, and 355 SF of detectable warning surface), replacement of 31 LF of concrete driveway depression, replacement of 1 Belgian block curb, 505 SY of pavement repair, 880 TON leveling/scratch course, and the replacement of all pavement markings. An alternate/add-on consists of work along the Warwick Sewer Authority's Pump Station driveway, including a 3-inch mill, 2-inch binder course, and a 1-1/2-inch wearing course (190 SY). All work and materials must meet PennDOT Standards and Specifications. Proposals must be made on forms provided via Online and be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to 10% of the total bid. Prevailing wage requirements and the Public Works Employment Verification Act apply. A Non-Collusion Affidavit must be included. The successful bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds each for 100% of the contract amount. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to delete any item from the contract at its discretion.
