Remove and dispose of existing concrete pad. Over excavate an additional 12" of soft subgrade and fill with pit-run material. Provide and install stabilization fabric. Provide and install new standard curb and gutter with 6" road base. Provide and install 3'- 0" wide concrete waterway with 6" road base. Provide and install 4" thick concrete ramp with 6"road base. Provide and install 6" thick concrete pad with microfibers over 6" road base. Install 12" road base. Install 4" asphalt. Painted 4" wide solid yellow parking stall stripe lines.
