**Stage II Invitation to Bid** **Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project.** Question Deadline 02/18/2026 at 3:00 PM MT Questions Online Portal Remodeling and refurbishing of areas of the board of education building, including: 1. Replace the existing wood double doors and hollow metal frame located in the basement to open office 028 with new door, frame, and hardware. 2. Replace the existing wood double doors and hollow metal frame located in the basement to open office 010 with new door, frame, and hardware. 3. Replace the existing failing cooling unit equipment in the 3 data closets in the building. This includes the basement and the upper 2 floors. 4. Provide new cooling unit to the comm closet next to the studio will be included. This modification includes the updates required to enclose this space with 1 hour rated walls and ceilings to address new use of this space. 5. Replace all of the existing electrical lights in the basement area that are not currently led fixtures with like fixtures. Also included in the electrical scope would be the required electrical modifications to accommodate the new cooling unit equipment to be provided as indicated above. 6. Replace existing fluorescent light fixtures located in the stairwells at all floors with new led like fixtures
