Renovation of a detention facility in Kewanee, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Repairs and/or replace deficiencies to bring existing Sprinkler System up to compliance. All work includes the labor and material for a complete and fully functional system. Contract is responsible for performing all electrical, plumbing connections and disconnections to associated equipment for upgrades, repairs and replacements. 1.1.1. Replace and install approximately twenty (20) Gauges throughout facility due to being expired past five year date code. 1.1.2. Clean, repair or replace and install approximately 110 sprinkler heads throughout facility for rust/paint or missing devices. 1.1.3. Repair main Sprinkler drainpipe in Administration Building. 1.1.4. Repair FDC in maintenance building leaking at rear of swivel located outside of boiler room and repair Siamese FDC by the wash-bay. This is a solicitation for a Certified vendor to repair current issues with Sprinkler System
