Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Lincoln, Montana. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility.
Soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified architectural firms for the completion of Phase I of the proposed project, which includes a preliminary architectural report and grant application for submission to the Montana Department of Commerce's Community Development Block Grant Public and Community Facilities grant program. Phase II services are contingent upon securing necessary funding. Respondents must adhere to a cone of silence prohibiting communication regarding the solicitation with any Lewis and Clark County official, employee, or agent other than the designated point of contact. SOQs must be delivered in a sealed envelope labeled as required and late submittals will not be accepted. The County reserves the right to reject any or all SOQs, waive informalities, postpone the solicitation, and accept the SOQ in the best interest of the County. Respondents are bound to the solicitation's terms and conditions. Opportunities for training and employment, to the greatest extent feasible, will be extended to local lower-income residents, and businesses located in or substantially owned by residents of the project area will be utilized. Disadvantaged, small, minority, women, and veteran business enterprises are encouraged to participate.
