The City of Richmond Department of Public Works is seeking qualified vendor(s) to furnish traffic signal poles in various sizes and configurations for use at multiple intersections citywide. These materials will support traffic signal installation, replacement, and ongoing maintenance activities. The Department of Public Works, Transportation Engineering Division is responsible for maintaining and upgrading approximately 1,500 traffic signal poles citywide as part of its capital improvement and ongoing maintenance programs. Traffic signal poles are required for new installations, system upgrades, safety improvements, and the replacement of aging or damaged infrastructure. Question Deadline 02/13/2026 at 2:00 PM ET Question Response Deadline: February 18, 2026, 5:00pm Required Time for Delivery: 20 weeks The City does not represent, warrant, covenant, or guarantee that the Contractor will receive any Work Assignments in a specific contract or renewal term. The City reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to issue separate solicitations for similar work and other projects as the need may occur.
