The successful vendor will perform an ASHRAE Level 2 energy audit at 11 county-owned facilities and provide a report for each building with recommendations to improve energy efficiency and reduce energy costs. The report for each building must include a facility description (envelope, equipment, controls), utility bill analysis, benchmarking, savings target estimate, current carbon output with estimated carbon savings from recommended Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs), assessment of building control systems with proposed upgrades, end use analysis, and a detailed list of ECMs with associated energy and water savings, cost-savings, budget costs, and payback periods. Equipment recommendations should account for system-wide impact, maintenance costs, and equipment life, and consider solar and/or battery storage solutions where feasible. This work is part of a grant-funded project, with audits constituting the first phase. A table listing facility details is provided as an attachment.
