Site work for a water / sewer project in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of the following major quantities: approximately 795 linear feet of 15-inch CIPP sewer main lining, 7,830 linear feet of 30-inch CIPP sewer main lining, 2,140 linear feet of 38x24-inch VE CIPP sewer main lining, 230 vertical feet of cementitious manhole rehabilitation/spray-liner, and 480 vertical feet of epoxy manhole rehabilitation/spray-liner. Bidders must submit electronic bids through Quest vBID; no paper bids will be accepted. Bidder's Proof of Responsibility must be included in the electronic bid proposal. Each electronic bid must be accompanied by a bond, certified check, bank cashier's check, or bank draft for five percent of the bid amount, payable to the City. The successful bidder must comply with wage requirements set by the federal Davis Bacon and Related Acts for projects funded in whole or in part with federal funds. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, including MBEs and WBEs, are encouraged to submit bids. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities.
