Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Bradenton, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Proposers are to provide Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) services for a new Public Works & Utilities Department Complex. The project location is a City-owned parcel near the Tropicana location at 1706 9th St. E., Bradenton, FL 34205, encompassing approximately 28 acres. Proposers are required to comply with the Scope of Services. Question Submission Deadline:February 19, 2026, 11:03am Any inquires, suggestions or requests concerning interpretations, clarification or additional information pertaining to the Solicitation shall be submitted electronically via OpenGov.
