The Campbell River Primary Care (PCAC) project involves the tenant improvements of approximately 534 square metres of vacant shell space within the Merecroft Village complex, a mixed-use commercial plaza located at 489 South Dogwood Street, Campbell River, BC. The renovated space will house a new Primary Care Access Centre (PCAC) serving the Campbell River area. The facility will include Primary care and standard exam rooms inclusive of bariatric and mental health care. Island Health has developed Appendix-A Functional Program Requirements, which outlines the program and clinical needs for the project.
