Reference Number 0000411485 This project consists of rehabilitating and installing new pumping equipment into Wells AL-8, AL-9, and AL-81 as outlined in the ITB. Principal items of work include supplying all labor, tools and equipment necessary to complete the rehabilitation and installation of new pumping equipment as outlined: Comprehensive well cleaning program, including sand pumping sediment from bottom of hole. New submersible pump and motor per specifications outlined for each well in the Scope of Work. Replacement of existing drop pipe with drop pipe per specifications or will be replaced with stainless steel. If awarded the project, a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond are required within ten days of the date the written Notice of Award, each for the total amount of the Contract Price. No Bidder may withdraw a Bid for a period of Thirty days after the date fixed for opening the Bids. The Town anticipates a Notice of Award on the week of March 2nd, 2026. The construction duration will be 90 calendar days to final completion.
