The Regional District of North Okanagan (RDNO) requires the services of a qualified contractor to provide the design and construction of an all-wheels pump track that is safe, durable, and suited for riders of all ages and abilities. The contractor will deliver a site-appropriate design, ensure proper drainage and base preparation, and construct the track using proven shaping and asphalt techniques.
