Reference Number 0000411708 The City of Delta is accepting sealed bids for on-call services for 2026 Waste/ Stormwater pipe clearing. The City of Delta is requesting bids from qualified contractors for the 2026 Waste/Stormwater Pipe Clearing with an industrial-size Hydro Vac throughout the City of Delta, CO, including lift stations. This on-call project involves clearing a minimum of 24 hours of pipeline and may expand as locations are identified. These locations will be identified (8" to 48") as 2026 progresses. This contract may be extended for future years by mutual agreement of both parties, provided pricing and service terms remain agreeable. The contractor selected will be responsible for: Clearing Waste/Stormwater Pipes: Clearing of pipes ranging from 8" to 48" in diameter at multiple locations, including but not limited to lift stations. On-Call Services: Providing emergency pipe clearing and water line location services for verifying lead water lines as needed. The City will require a 90-minute emergency response time. Disposal: Proper disposal of debris at the City Wastewater Treatment Facility located at 1398 Hwy 50, Delta, CO. Lead Water Line Inspections: Potholing of water lines to verify the presence of lead materials. The contractor shall provide pricing based on the following unit rates: Price per linear foot for pipe jetting and cleaning with removal and disposal.
