The City of Sandy Springs is seeking a qualified contractor to provide stormwater infrastructure rehabilitation services utilizing cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining methods at multiple locations throughout the City of Sandy Springs, Georgia. Question Deadline 02/20/2026 at 5:00 PM ET: Bids shall only be accepted online through the Online Portal This project includes the CIPP lining of existing stormwater pipes at various locations, consisting of corrugated metal pipe (CMP) and reinforced concrete pipe (RCP), in a range of diameters. The scope of work includes all associated activities required for successful CIPP installation, including pipe cleaning and flushing, pre- and post-installation CCTV inspection and videography, liner installation, water supply for inversion, disposal of water, installation of pipe gaskets or end seals, liner testing, cure tracking, and all other work outlined in the CIPP Specifications.
