Renovation of a detention facility in Concord, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Requests proposals from qualified Energy Services Companies (ESCOs) to implement energy and resource conservation measures at ten (10) state-owned correctional facilities at multiple locations in New Hampshire. The State of New Hampshire intends to select an ESCO to conduct an Investment Grade Audit (IGA) of the correctional facilities listed in Appendix A with the option, at the sole discretion of the State, to implement an Energy Saving erformance Contract with a construction phase and post-construction service phase. Question Deadline 03/27/2026 Questions and requests for clarification on this Request for Proposals must be submitted in writing (via mail, hand-delivery or email) following the instructions posted in the Notice No verbal inquiries will be addressed.
