Requests proposals from qualified Energy Services Companies (ESCOs) to implement energy and resource conservation measures at ten (10) state-owned correctional facilities at multiple locations in New Hampshire. The State of New Hampshire intends to select an ESCO to conduct an Investment Grade Audit (IGA) of the correctional facilities listed in Appendix A with the option, at the sole discretion of the State, to implement an Energy Saving erformance Contract with a construction phase and post-construction service phase.
