The Rochester School District is seeking proposals to provide Construction Management services as the single prime contractor to oversee and deliver a series of facility improvement projects at Gonic Elementary School. Proposals must be submitted on the attached bid proposal form in sealed envelopes plainly marked Proposal for CM SERVICES AS THE SINGLE PRIME CONTRACTOR - GONIC ELEMENTARY. Failure to properly mark the envelope will result in disqualification of the bid if it is prematurely opened. The Rochester School District reserves the right to reject all bids, to award to other than the low bidder, and to waive any informalities in the bidding. ADA Accessibility Improvements • Installation of an ADA-compliant platform lift • Coordination with structural, electrical, and fire/life safety requirements • Compliance with applicable ADA, building, and safety codes
