As such, it is responsible for carrying out all silvicultural work on public lands and manages a budget of approximately $275 million per year. Rexforêt entrusts the execution of the work to several hundred silvicultural companies located in all administrative regions of Quebec. Its operations mainly involve contract management and supervision of the work carried out. The Ministère des Ressources naturelles et des Forêts (MRNF) and Rexforêt are pursuing a strategy of awarding contracts to retain the services of suppliers capable of providing the required services for several years. The services of several suppliers will be retained in this call for tenders. This call for tenders is being conducted in accordance with Rexforêt's Policy on Contract Terms and Conditions (the Policy) and the Rexforêt Supplier Registry Registration and Exclusion Manual (the Manual), which are presented as reference documents.
