The project involves completely renovating the washrooms. The two washrooms will be combined to create a mixed-use washroom. Masonry, ceramic tile, interior systems, painting, cabinetry, glazing and carpentry work is to be done. In addition to architectural work, metalwork, electrical, ventilation, plumbing and fire protection work is also to be done. This description of the work is for information purposes only. Please refer to the plans and specifications for the full scope of the work. The building will remain occupied by the PUBLIC ORGANISATION's clients and employees during the work. For this reason, temporary partitions will need to be constructed. The TENDERER must accompany its Tender with a tender guarantee equivalent to TEN PERCENT (10%) of the total price proposed in its Tender, including options.
