The owner has selected a Construction Manager at Risk, but the Construction start date has not yet been determined. This Request for Proposal ("RFP") is issued to provide the selection process for Construction Manager At Risk (CMAR) services for a training facility for Windsor Severance Fire Rescue. Firms submitting a response to the RFP will be asked at a minimum to state their understanding/experience to the project and offer their methodology for meeting the criteria noted in this RFP as well as completing the Proposal Form attached.
