Renovation of a fire / police facility in Windsor, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

This Request for Proposal ("RFP") is issued to provide the selection process for Construction Manager At Risk (CMAR) services for a training facility for Windsor Severance Fire Rescue. Firms submitting a response to the RFP will be asked at a minimum to state their understanding/experience to the project and offer their methodology for meeting the criteria noted in this RFP as well as completing the Proposal Form attached.
