Renovation of a museum in Fall River, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
Bids are being solicited for the service of the Fall River Fire Museum Hayloft Roof Replacement for the City of Fall River Department of Community Maintenance, in accordance with the listed specifications. MBE/WBE businesses are encouraged to participate. Hours are: Monday through Thursday 8:00am-4:00pm, Friday 8:00am-3:00pm. A Performance Bond in an amount equal to one hundred (100%) percent of the total amount of the contract price with a surety company qualified to do business in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts will be required for the faithful performance of the contract, as well as a Labor and Materials Payment Bond in an equal to one hundred (100%) percent of the total contract price. Question Deadline 03/03/2026 at 12:00 PM ET Questions concerning this bid solicitation must be submitted in writing via email to purchasinq@fallriverma.gov. Written responses will be emailed to all bidders on record as having received the request for IFB#26-15. The City of Fall River reserves the riqht to reject any/all bids or quotes when deemed in the best interest of the City of Fall River. The City of Fall River shall be the sole judge of equivalency and acceptability.
