MBE/WBE businesses are encouraged to participate. Hours are: Monday through Thursday 8:00am-4:00pm, Friday 8:00am-3:00pm. A Performance Bond in an amount equal to one hundred (100%) percent of the total amount of the contract price with a surety company qualified to do business in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts will be required for the faithful performance of the contract, as well as a Labor and Materials Payment Bond in an equal to one hundred (100%) percent of the total contract price.
