Site work for a civil project in Stringtown, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: Standpipe mixing and aeration, water booster pump station rehabilitation, constructing a chlorine building, and water line work. Funding for this project is provided through American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) grant program. As such, compliance with Labor Standards Contract Provisions is mandatory. Each bidder shall accompany his original bid, filed with the Stringtown Public Works Authority, with a certified or CashieraEUR(TM)s Check on a solvent bank located in Oklahoma, or a BidderaEUR(TM)s Bond, in the amount of five (5) percent of the amount bid, as a guarantee of his ability to perform the contract bid upon, and that he will enter into a written contract with the Owner to perform said work and/or furnish said materials in accordance with said Plans and Specifications, and furnish the required bonds according to the Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974. The Owner will retain the deposit for liquidated damages in case the successful bidder fails to enter in said contract and furnish the required bonds provided for in the specifications within the time required. Deposit of the unsuccessful bidders will be returned upon the execution of the Contract and required bonds. Construction, Maintenance and Statutory Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price are required for this project. Doc note: The Designated Bidding Website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the esignated Bidding Website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Designated Bidding Website. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Designated Bidding Website for an additional fee. See Designated Website for information. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that is included in the Bidding Documents. Bids must remain in effect for 90 days after the bid opening date. Within 90 days from the bid date, the Owner may award the contract to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder or reject any or all bids for the project. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities in the bids and bidding deemed to be in the best interests of the Owner, and to reject nonconforming, nonresponsive, or conditional bids. In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating the price in the bids, the Owner reserves the right to consider the most advantageous construction thereof, or to reject the bid. The Owner reserves the right to correct any non-material clerical errors in the bidding as allowed under Oklahoma Law. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids in accordance with the Oklahoma Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974.
