The proposed contract is for (1) CXT Tioga Special, or equivalent, double vault toilet building with standard cedar shake roof in Java Brown color and barn wood wall texture in Western Wheat Color, two 16 gauge galvanized steel doors and frames, two plastic risers, ADA grab handles, ADA signs, two 3 roll toilet paper holders, two wall vents, and two 1000 gallon ABS lined concrete vaults. "Full Install" price includes offloading by crane at accessible site, excavation, setting building, and vault, backfill, and compaction. Rock excavation not included. Unit to be delivered and installed at the Mcgee Creek Wildlife Management Area located at 6939 N Cane Break Rd, Stringtown, OK, 74569. Additional directions may be given to winning bidder upon contract award. Vendor is to provide all needed equipment to complete the work as required. Project must be completed within one hundred sixty (160) days of contract award.
