The City is seeking qualification submittals from consultants experienced in Construction Administration and Construction Management for the WWTP Outfall Decommissioning project. The work involves evaluating a failed wastewater treatment plant outfall, assessing damage to the surrounding stormwater pond and related infrastructure, preparing a 30% plan and cost estimate for FEMA review, updating plans to 100%, and completing the final bid package for advertising. Construction services are also included after the project is bid and awarded, with the service level to be determined by City workload. Submittals should be delivered by email (PDF format), mail, or hand-delivery and must be clearly marked with the RFQ number and project name. Submittals are limited to 10 double-sided (20 single-sided) pages (excluding personnel resumes), in at least 11-point font. The General Information form must be the cover sheet. Required information includes firm name and contact, qualifications and experience, proposed team and expertise, project approach, examples of similar projects, and references. Do not submit cost or hourly rates. Evaluation will consider project manager qualifications, firm expertise in underground remote sensing and nondestructive testing, ability to accommodate FEMA schedules, project approach, familiarity with FEMA standards, and past performance.
