Site work for a communication facility in Anacortes, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade communication facility.

Contractor shall provide Outside Plant maintenance services to various City of Anacortes job sites including, but not limited to, all PSE poles and vaults in which Access Anacortes Fiber is currently present. It is anticipated that the annual dollar volume for this work will be approximately $20,000 annually, but may fluctuate depending on budget, projects scheduled and need. The period of this contract shall be for a period of three years from January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2028. Contract is not to exceed a total of three years or $60,000, whichever comes first. Bidders must submit a bid deposit of $3,000.00 (equal to 5 percent of the contract amount). The deposit may be in cashier's check, postal money order, or surety bond. The successful bidder will be required to furnish the necessary additional bonds for the faithful performance of the work, as prescribed in the bidding documents. All bidding and performance shall be performed in compliance with the Invitation to Bid and any addenda issued thereto. Bids shall constitute offers to the City of Anacortes which shall be binding for one hundred eighty days from the date of bid opening. The City of Anacortes reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time, and reject any bid, any portion of any bid, and/or to reject all bids. The City of Anacortes further reserves the right, but without obligation, to waive informalities and irregularities. Disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
