Site work and paving for a civil project in Anacortes, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Port of Anacortes (the "Port") hereby requests bid proposals for the Curtis Wharf Environmental Improvements, Project#MRT-77 (the "Project"). The Project generally involves furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the completion of the Curtis Wharf Environmental Improvements in Anacortes, Washington as detailed in each package of the project drawings and specifications. The Project generally consists of, but is not limited to: implementation of temporary site controls, traffic/pedestrian controls, staging, marine environmental/water quality controls, and temporary erosion and sediment controls; demolition and disposal of electrical components, asphalt pavement, concrete pavement, and gravel surfacing; installation of peristaltic sewer pump out equipment, hose cart, sampling chamber, sewer piping, electrical conduit, electrical conductors, other associated electrical components; and over-water and upland construction appurtenances as more fully defined in the Contract Documents(the "Work"). All questions regarding the Project must be submitted by email to the Port's Project Manager - Brad Tesch, brad.tesch@portofanacortes.com with the subject line referencing "Bid Inquiry - Curtis Wharf Environmental Improvements". Every request for such an interpretation shall be in writing and addressed and forwarded to the Port, fourteen (14) or more days before the date fixed for opening of bids The Project will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The Port of Anacortes reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without liability therefore, to reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bid or in the bidding process, or to re-bid the Project. This project is being completed, in part, with funds awarded through the Washington State Department of Transportation (the "State") and testate of Washington Department of Commerce("Commerce") grant programs.
