The project provides for the addition of approximately 1,295 square feet to the existing Anacortes Wastewater Treatment Plant Administration Building, comprised of a new employee entrance, break room and office space. Bids must be sealed and received at the office of the Clerk-Treasurer by 1:30pm local time on October 22, 2025. Bids received after this deadline will not be considered. A bid deposit equal to 5% of the bid amount is required. Bid specifications are available free of charge at bxwa.com. The engineer's estimate for the project is $700,000.
