Site work and paving for a civil project in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Furnishing all tools, materials, and labor and performing the work necessary for the construction of non-arterial street rehabilitation and water line replacement in Maintenance Zone 4021. Drawings, specifications, and contract documents for construction of said public improvements are available from the Office of Contract Administration for a non-refundable fee. Contractors must comply with all legal requirements pertaining to non-discrimination in employment. The overall aspirational Small Business Enterprise participation goal for this project is ten percent. Bidders must commit to employing at least thirty percent bona fide residents of the City of Tulsa and/or MSA in each employment classification. Only citizens of the United States are to be hired. The project is subject to a local preference law for bidders authorized to do business in Oklahoma and maintaining their primary office in the state. A certified or cashier's check or bidder's surety bond in the amount of 5% of the bid is required. The successful bidder must furnish public liability and worker's compensation insurance and performance, statutory, and maintenance bonds for 100% of the contract price. Pre-qualification requirements: Bids will be accepted only from holders of valid pre-qualification certificates from the City of Tulsa in one or more of the following classifications: A or C. Attendance at the mandatory pre-bid conference is required; bids will not be received from contractors who did not attend.
