Site work and paving for a road / highway in Allison Park, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

The work involves bituminous resurfacing of various streets in Hampton Township under three separate contracts: Contract A consists of approximately 25,600 S.Y. of 2-inch rotomilling and profiling of existing roadway surface, 905 S.Y. of base repair, 25,600 S.Y. of 2-inch 9.5 mm Fine Graded Superpave bituminous wearing course 0.0 to 0.3 Esal's with Forta Fiber or approved equal, traffic control, and necessary preparatory and cleanup work. Contract B consists of approximately 19,350 S.Y. of 2-inch rotomilling and profiling of existing roadway surface, 12,600 S.Y. of 3-inch rotomilling and profiling, 1,360 S.Y. of base repair, 19,350 S.Y. of 2-inch 9.5 mm Fine Graded Superpave bituminous wearing course 0.0 to 0.3 Esal's with Forta Fiber or approved equal, 1,660 tons of 2-inch 19 mm Superpave bituminous binder course 0.0 to 0.3 Esal's with Forta Fiber or approved equal, 12,600 S.Y. of 1 ½-inch 9.5 mm Fine Graded Superpave bituminous wearing course 0.0 to 0.3 Esal's with Forta Fiber or approved equal, traffic control, and necessary preparatory and cleanup work. Contract C consists of approximately 9,000 S.Y. of 2-inch rotomilling and profiling of existing roadway surface, 200 S.Y. of base repair, 9,000 S.Y. of 2-inch 9.5 mm Fine Graded Superpave bituminous wearing course 0.0 to 0.3 Esal's with Forta Fiber or approved equal, traffic control, and necessary preparatory and cleanup work. Hampton Township reserves the right to award the contract consisting of any or all roads within the scope of work and may add or delete roads and/or quantities at the unit prices bid. All proposals must be delivered in separate sealed envelopes clearly marked with the appropriate contract title. There must be a separate bid bond for each contract, and all bidders must be PennDOT pre-qualified as a prime contractor and meet work classification codes of E, F, and F1. The contractor's valid pre-qualification certification must be attached to the outside of the bid. Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance, and Workman's Compensation Certificates must be filed with the executed agreement. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages apply to the project. All proposals must be accompanied by a certified check or bidder's bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total proposal amount.
