The successful bidder will be required to provide Payment and Performance Bonds as described in the Bidding Documents. Bids must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Bidding Documents. Hand delivered bids should be delivered to the County Commission Office at 520 3rd Street, Suite 210, Brookings, South Dakota 57006. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at or shortly after the time named above at the Brookings City & County Government Center 520 3rd Street, Room 300, Community Room.
