Pre- Advertisement Notice SR112/E Fork Whiskey Creek - Remove Fish Barriers WSDOT plans to remove twelve (12) existing fish barriers within Clallam County with fish passable structures utilizing a Design-Build Delivery method (post-NEPA). WSDOT will use a two-step procurement process to select a Design-Build Contractor to deliver this Project. The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is issued as the first step to solicit information in the form of Statement of Qualifications (SOQ). The SOQ will be evaluated to create a short-list of the most highly qualified Design-Build Submitters. In the second step, the short-listed Design-Build Proposers will be issued a Request for Proposal (RFP). The proposals will be evaluated and WSDOT will select the Design Build Team that provides the Apparent Best Value based on the Design-Build scoring criteria. The estimated contract cost of this project is approximately $170 to $210 Million ME DOT - SR 112, E Fork Whiskey Creek - Remove Fish Barriers *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
