The Public Utility District No. 1 of Clallam County (the District) is requesting the submittal of Statements of Qualifications from consulting firms to provide surveying, geotechnical consultation, engineered design, permitting and bid support for the Clallam Bay-Sekiu Reservoir Improvement Project (Project). Question Deadline 02/24/2026 at 2:00 PM PT All inquiries pertaining to the Request for Qualification shall be directed to the project manager Bowen Kendrick, at 360-565-3459 or by e-mail bkendrick@clallampud.net. All replies to questions will be posted on the District's website through an addendum to be acknowledged with Statement of Qualification. Please contact the Contracts Coordinator by e-mail contracts@clallampud.net, to be registered for all communications on the RFQ. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Requests for proposals for design services is underway.
