PROJECT TITLE: Garrett Hull (Makah) OSS LOCATION: 7495 Eagle Crest Way, Clallam Bay, WA, 98326, Clallam County Garrett Hull (Makah) OSS Solicitation 75H70125Q00018 is for a construction project for the Indian Health Service (IHS). The purpose of this project is to install new homeowner's on-site septic system on fee land in Clallam County. This project will be procured as a Total Small Business Set-Aside solicitation under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 237110 Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction with a size standard of $45 million.. The offeror must be a Small Business to be eligible for award. The Government anticipates releasing the solicitation on or about 18 March 2025 timeframe with quotes due at least 30 calendar days after solicitation issuance. This date is subject to change. A full scope of work, plans and specifications and Davis Bacon Wage Determination will be included in the solicitation documents. Hard copy documents will NOT be available - all documents for proposal purposes will be posted at www.sam.gov for download by interested parties. SCOPE OF WORK: This project is for a new homeowner's on-site septic system on fee land in Clallam County, WA. The proposed septic system is to consist of a solid sewer pipe, sewer cleanout, 1,000-Gal aerobic treatment tank, 1,000-Gal pump tank, pump, and controls, headworks, supply and return lines, and a 900-square foot sand mound drain field with an OSCAR distribution system. Work shall be performed according to the SOW, site plan, technical specifications, and Washington Water Resource Department (WWRD) standards, rules and regulations. Further investigation of the site is the responsibility of the contractor. Any permits are the responsibility of the contractor. LOCATION OF PROJECT: Work is to be completed at the homeowner(s) under the jurisdiction of Clallam County - located in the state of WA. TERO: TERO fees do NOT apply. CONSTRUCTION DURATION: Period of Performance is 45 calendar days after issuance of a Notice to Proceed. CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUDE: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $25,000 and $100,000. SITE VISIT: A non-mandatory site visit, at the contractor's discretion, can planned accordingly. Information on how to visit the site will be provided within the official solicitation under FAR 52.236-2. CONTRACT TYPE: The IHS intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) construction contract in support of this requirement.
