Clarification Deadline 2/17/2026 12:00 PM The Trinity River Authority (AUTHORITY) is soliciting bids for an annual janitorial services contract, with work to be performed at designated areas of the Central Regional Wastewater System facility. This proposal is for the cleaning and maintenance of the resilient floor areas, ceramic tile floors, carpet floor areas, glass window areas, restrooms, stairways, hallways, and offices at the CRWS and TMCRWS facilities and will include daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly cleaning tasks. All questions regarding this bid specification prior to bid opening must be addressed to the purchasing department via online.
