Renovation of a municipal facility in Challis, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 6,160-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility.

Attn: Kaden Goody 431 W McGregor Dr. Boise, ID 83705 F: 208-345-5323 kadeng@cmcompany.com Questions Regarding the Request for Proposal and Bid Must Be Submitted in Writing and Received By Cm Company, Inc.; Project Construction Manager, No Later Than Wednesday, February 11th by 4:00 Pm. Questions Received After This Date Will Not Be Considered. This contractor is to include the following: o Demolition and removal of existing plumbing piping and fixtures shown to be removed, include salvage of existing fixtures as required. Coordinate with the plumbing contractor to cap and protect existing plumbing systems as required. Coordinate with the electrical contractor if electrical safe-off is needed prior to plumbing fixture demolition. o Demolition and removal of interior walls. Note: some walls will only have half of the wall demolished or will only have gypsum board removed from both sides of the studs. o Demolition and removal of exterior CMU walls and concrete foundation walls. o Demolition, saw cutting, and removal all concrete slabs and trenches shown to be removed. This includes interior concrete slabs and concrete aprons outside of the building.Cut down top of existing stem wall for new slab to pour over (reference the foundation plan on the structural drawings). o Demolition and removal of exterior bollards and bollard foundations. o Demolition and removal of toilet accessories. o Demolition and removal of existing windows, frames, and glazing. Prep rough openings for new windows or infill as indicated. o Demolition and removal of existing doors, frames, and hardware. Prep rough openings to receive new door frames. Enlarge openings where shown. Coordinate with door contractor. o Demolition and removal of existing flooring, ceiling, and wall paneling. o Demolition and removal of the existing roofing membrane, insulation, high end wood framing, gutters, downspouts, fascia, wood fascia backing, metal trim, and flashing. o Careful salvage of existing exterior metal wall panels and removal of insulation. The exterior metal wall panels will be stored on site and re-installed later on in the project (by others). o Demolition and removal of all foil faced ceiling board, insulation, piping, and abandoned items at the underside of the concrete tees. o Removal of existing furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Salvage and protect fixtures and equipment as noted in the contract documents, disposal of items as noted. o Demolition and removal of the existing metal pole mounted to the West side of the building. Coordinate with electrical contractor to ensure that the equipment is salvaged for reuse. o Haul off and legal disposal of all demolished materials. o All required permits, licenses, equipment, and site-specific safety plans required to complete this scope of work. The scope outlined above is to be used as a reference only and should not be considered exhaustive. It is the responsibility of this Contractor to review all bid documents and include all items in accordance with the plans and specifications.
