General Requirements - FOB Destination - Installation Required - Insurance Required Award Requirements - Reserve Rights to Award by Line Item The City seeks a qualified Proposer to provide all equipment, materials, resources, workmanship, and labor necessary for the application and removal of pavement markings and markers throughout the City on an as-needed basis in accordance with the specifications herein. The ensuing agreement will be an indefinite deliverable / indefinite quantity (IDIQ) service agreement for the application and removal of pavement markings and markers at non-site specific locations. All project locations will be within the City of Cedar Park city limits. The successful Proposer shall only perform work at specified locations as assigned and approved by the City's designated representative(s) and upon delivery of a purchase order and written notice to proceed. The quantities in the bid form are estimates for bidding purposes only and are based on historical annual expenditures. The estimated quantities shall not obligate the City to procure any minimum or maximum quantity of any good or service. Actual quantities are not known at this time and may vary from the estimates.
