Proposals are invited for road resurfacing work on Anderson Mill Rd (Cypress Creek Rd to RM 2769) and Park St (Derek Dr to Old S Bell Blvd). The scope of work includes surface milling the entire roadway down two inches, asphalt overlay, installation of pavement markings and raised pavement markers, and localized subgrade repair/stabilization along the roadway project limits. Existing pavement markings must be matched unless otherwise provided, and all markings must conform to TMUTCD standards. For Lakeline Northbound Lanes Superelevation between Cedar Crest and Cedar Hills, the work includes continuous traffic control, detour, temporary pavement markings, curb and gutter removal, partial full depth surface milling, minor excavation for new pavement section, establishing new superelevation, installing new inlets and storm drain connections, new curb and gutter, stamped concrete median, asphalt paving, pavement markings, and raised pavement markers. All work near schools along Lakeline Blvd and Anderson Mill Road must be completed during the summer before school resumes.
