The project includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, material, and equipment to complete general improvements to the Town of West College Corner's wastewater treatment plant. The work includes, but is not limited to, installation of new oxidation ditch direct drives with VFDs, oxidation ditch access platforms, clarifier weirs and baffles, grating over sludge pit, UV disinfection system, effluent metering manhole, polishing pond cleaning and IDEM closure, site lighting, new generator at the lift station, lift station alarm system, lift station fencing, relocation of electrical service, and all other work required for the completion of the project. Bids are requested for a single prime contract as shown in the Bid Form. Bidders must obtain documents via the web-based service of Commonwealth Engineers, Inc., with a non-refundable fee. Partial sets are not available. Questions should be submitted directly to the designated engineer through the provided online portal. All addenda will be issued to plan holders via email. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or accept any bid or combination of bids, and to waive informalities in bidding. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for at least 150 days. Bid security must be provided in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. All further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award are contained in the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bidding Documents. The project is subject to American Iron and Steel requirements, with specified waivers applying to this contract. Question Deadline 02/26/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. All correspondence should be made thru online. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
